The Y.E.S. Pit Crew is the dynamic support team behind the Young Entrepreneurial Spirits (Y.E.S.) Program dedicated to empowering youth to develop essential business, technology, and life skills. Just like a pit crew fuels and fine-tunes a race car for peak performance, the Y.E.S. Pit Crew equips our participants with guidance, encouragement, and hands-on assistance to help them navigate challenges, stay on track, and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
Comprised of mentors, volunteers, and industry experts, the Pit Crew provides practical support in areas such as audio-visual production, computer skills, business planning, and professional development. Their mission is to ensure that every young participant is prepared, confident, and inspired to succeed—both in the Y.E.S. Program and in their future endeavors.
With the Y.E.S. Pit Crew by their side, youth gain more than skills—they gain a community that believes in their potential and celebrates their progress every step of the way.
Our Services
